How to make the Crazy Frog AI video
To make the Crazy Frog AI video you need one photo and a few minutes. The trend is one fixed chase: a rider on an invisible moped, a cop on a hover-bike, a flip and a getaway. So making your own Crazy Frog AI video comes down to three choices, who rides, who chases and where, and letting an AI video model film the chase again. This guide covers each step, which photos work, what it costs and how to fix the usual problems.
Make the Crazy Frog AI video in 6 steps
- Choose the rider. The rider squats on the invisible moped in almost every shot, flips in mid-air and speeds off. Pick yourself or a friend who agreed to it.
- Take or pick one photo. One person, face fully visible and facing the camera, even light, no sunglasses. A full-body photo also helps the outfit come through. JPEG, PNG or WebP up to 10 MB.
- Add a chaser if you want. Drop a second photo into the Chaser slot and that person rides the hover-bike and gets the close-up. Leave it empty and the AI adds a chaser that fits the background.
- Pick the background. Choose the original overpass, a neon city, a desert canyon, a snowy pass, a palace garden, a supermarket, a beach, Mars, a chocolate factory, a candy village, a pixel game world, a circuit board, a cloud kingdom, a giant toy room, a Halloween graveyard or under the sea. Or pick Your own background and upload a wide photo of any place with nobody in it.
- Start the video and wait. Choose the sound, tick the permission box and press Make my video. It usually takes 2 to 5 minutes. You can start another video or close the tab; it keeps rendering and waits in Your videos.
- Download and post. Download the 14-second MP4 and post it to TikTok, Reels or Shorts. Label it as AI-generated where the app asks, and use #crazyfrog or #crazyfrogai.

The other ways people make it
The first Crazy Frog AI videos were made with general AI video tools. You give the tool a reference clip of the chase, a photo of the new rider and a long prompt that describes every shot, then try again until the moves and the face both come out right. We explain that prompt on the Crazy Frog AI prompt page. CapCut templates are free and quick, but they lay the Crazy Frog sound and effects over footage you already have; they do not film you on the moped. Here the chase, the cuts and the timing are built in, and you only choose the people and the place.
Photo tips for a better Crazy Frog AI video
The model copies the face, hair and clothes from your photo and keeps the moves and camera from the trend clip.
- Face the camera. Front-facing or slightly turned works best. Profiles and far-away shots give the model too little to copy.
- One person in the photo. Crop out friends and posters with faces, or the model may use the wrong face.
- Show the outfit. A waist-up or full-body photo lets the rider keep your clothes. A tracksuit or a bright jacket reads well at speed.
- Nothing covering the face. No sunglasses, masks or hands. Caps and normal glasses are fine.
- Real people who agreed. Use yourself or someone who said yes. Celebrities, cartoon characters and minors are refused.
Tips for your own background
Your own background becomes the place the chase happens. The best pictures are wide (landscape), sharp and empty: a road, a street, a car park, a corridor or a field, with no people in it. The chase keeps the shape of the original road and camera path, so your picture mostly sets the colours, materials and light rather than the layout. A long open space, like a road or a long corridor, comes out closest to the photo; a small room comes out as a restyled overpass. Photos with faces or big text in them can be declined by the model's safety check.
The sound
"Trend sound" keeps the 14 seconds of sound from the clip our template follows, so the flip and the cuts land on the same beats. If you pick "No song", upload the video in TikTok, tap Add sound, search for the Crazy Frog trend sound and turn the original audio down. Using TikTok's own sound links your post to the sound page where people browse the trend. The story behind the sound is on the Crazy Frog AI trend page.
How much does it cost?
One Crazy Frog AI video is $9.90, with or without a chaser and with any background. A 3-video pack is $24.90 and a 10-video pack is $69, or $6.90 per video. You pay once, there is no subscription, and if a render fails the video goes back to your balance automatically. Details are on the pricing page.
Common problems and fixes
The face does not look like the photo
Use a sharper, front-facing photo with even light. Small photos (under about 512 pixels on the short side), side profiles and filtered selfies are the usual cause. The rider moves fast, so a few frames will always be softer than a still photo.
The video failed with a photo warning
The model's safety check declined a photo, usually because it looks like a public figure or contains text or logos. The video was refunded; try a different photo.
It is taking longer than usual
When many people make videos at once there can be a short queue. The progress panel shows where your video is, and it appears in Your videos the moment it is ready, even if you close the page.
I want it vertical for TikTok
The trend clip is widescreen, so your video is 16:9 too. Under Your videos, press TikTok version (9:16) to download a vertical copy with the full scene in the middle and a blurred fill above and below. Keep the tab open for the few seconds it takes.
